High latency and speed dropoffs in Seattle area (5PM to midnight, daily)

See example of latency (the moment latency spikes, speeds also go down from the advertised 1.2Gbps to 100Kbps):
Do we have an ETA from Comcast on when this is going to be resolved? This is a daily occurrence at the exact same times that is costing real dollars in lost work.

I posted in the other thread however for whatever reason my reply is being marked automatically as Private, so I am following up here as well.

Issue is still occurring as of 5PM today.

Doing a tracert to 1.1.1.1:

There's a very clear problem with the Comcast infrastructure in Seattle, and it would be great to get an update from Comcast on resolution ETA for this issue.
