Hello, @user_xioa55 I can get an XG1v4 shipped out to you. XG1v4 TV boxes are DVRs, so there are additional charges to consider like storage space and up charge if you already have a DVR TV box among your list of equipment. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Yep, chatted with Xfinity Support for at least an hour and was promised that I would receive an XG1V4 box shipped to me. Several days later (and as I expected) I received an XG2V2 box. Xfinity used to have great customer support but no longer. Paying $350 a month for cable and I can’t even get a 4k box that’s functional! The 4k Xi6 box I currently have is [Edited: "Inflammatory"]….streaming dvr functionality is horrible. Completely dissatisfied with Xfinity right now
