Here again with another complaint!
I recently lost my job so I have been making arrangements on a lot of my bills to wait for severance to come in. I set up
an arrangement but saw that there was an option to set up an installment plan if I paid $50 which is a better option for me at this time. I set up the installment and paid the $50 but I wanted to make sure that the arrangement was removed so I didn’t get a black mark on my account for a failed payment. I reached out via Xfinity assistant on 9/11 to make sure the arrangement was cancelled and was assisted by Hunato. Hunato assured me this was done but asked if they could work on a new plan to save me money at the same time. I said fine but asked multiple times during our chat about the payment arrangement. Hunato offered a plan the would save me a little and also get me a free iPad! Needless to say, I never got my iPad and my service is now disconnected!
