HELP

I know outage in my area. Stupid support chat keeps saying I don’t have internet as part of my package. AND OF COURSE LIVE PEOPLE NO LONGER WORK THERE SO I CANT TALK TO ANYONE.

Who can I call? I need a number for a live person. I’ve looked through various posts and none of the suggestions work. I think as soon as a working suggestion is posted they go in and change it to where that no longer works.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
