HELP

I have Kindle Fire HDX 3rd Generation, I have the latest Xfinity app downloaded on the Kindle Fire, but it will not play any DVR recordings from the Xfinity app. Why? Xfinity plays on every other device we own but the Kindle Fire

Hello, @user_fce9d8! I understand you are running into issues playing your Xfinity DVR recordings on the Xfinity Stream Beta App using your Kindle Fire. I see you don't have problems with other devices but the Kindle Fire. I know this is frustrating, but we are here to help.  What occurs when you attempt to play a recording or attempt to access the "Recording" tab? Are you given any type of error message or code? Let me know any updates if you've seen progress. Thank you for your time.
