HELP WORST SERVICE EVER

I signed up for an installation plan on 7/4 online through the Xfinity app. It said it would take 1-3 days for my services to be restored. It’s now the 3rd day and still nothing!!! The one time I was able to reach a live agent he was able to submit a ticket for me on this issue but nothing yet!!  It’s so frustrating!! I can’t even reach a live person on the phone without it redirecting me to the WRONG department !!!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
