Help with rewards download

This is the second week I have not been able to get any of the rewards offered. I've cleared my cache, redownloaded the app and tried another device. What can I do to get the movies and rewards I should receive but cannot

Hewantedcomcast Hi there! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time to contact us. We are happy to look into these Xfinity rewards issues you are having and we appreciate you reaching out. To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and address?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
