Help with paramount premium

I just got Xfinity with Paramount & I cannot get in to Paramount. It wants to to pay for a subscription but that is included in my Xfinity plan.

Any suggestions?

Actually it’s Peacock + that’s included in my 1 gig plan. Spent 45 min on the phone last night w/Xfinity. He was supposed to call me back today, but that hasn’t happened . 
Horrible interface & Customer service.

still do not have what I paid for.

Good Morning, @user_78azg8! Thank you so much for clarifying the issue being with Peacock+. At this time, we are aware of an issue that is not allowing our customers to activate the included Peacock+ with your subscription. Our engineer team is working on resolving the activation concerns, but there is not a current ETA for the team to fully resolve it. We would recommend continuing to attempt to activate folloowing the link in your email.
