Hey @user_vaeof3. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Our support is limited for a device that is having issues powering up. Some things you can try is allowing the phone to completely deplete the batter, then charge to see if the phone is able to boot. If the device is dead, you can also try a different power outlet/power block.

If you are still unable to get past the boot logo, we recommend reaching out to Apple for assistance. They also provide their 'If your iPhone won't turn on or the screen is black' support page.

If the device is under our Xfinity Mobile Care protection plan and subscription, it may be eligible to file a claim. Our 'What are the details of Xfinity Mobile Care (XMC)?' support page would have more details.

Have you already reach out to Apple directly for assistance with their Apple iPhone device? They would be the experts on how to handle and troubleshoot the device.
