help with double billing to HOA

Our HOA in Naples has been na customer for years but since we changed management companies and Comcast began electronic payment we have been getting double billed with requests from Comcast for huge amounts of money. [Edit: "Private Information"].

user_2306b1 Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, your HOA is getting bills from Comcast asking for money is that correct?

That is correct....the bills are being paid electronically and we are billed again asking for approximately 5 months of service fee over $50,000
