Hi there, @user_9uc9pe! We are happy to check further on your service. There may be area work that is still ongoing preventing us from being able to repair your service. That sometimes happens when weather causes extensive damage to our network.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Please ensure that you are signed in @user_9uc9pe. Depending on if you are on a mobile web browser or desktop web browser, you may need to refresh the page. The Direct Message icon looks like a text box with some lines. After refreshing the page, if you still do not see the Direct Message icon populate, could you attempt to clear the cache/cookies?
