Help Getting Utility Box Removed

Hi, I have a green utility that is on my private property inside my fence.  There are exposed wires.  I need to get this relocated.  This is not on an easement and the fence remains locked.  I called this in and the tech showed up and said that he wasn’t in the right department to handle this issue.  How can I ensure follow-up for this issue.  My landscaper will not begin work until it is relocated.  Help!

Thanks for confirming! I would like to get a ticket submitted in order to get the box relocated. I will need some additional information from you. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

Hi.  The technician came out but said that he would have to escalate the issue to his supervisor which was what the last technician said.  Basically that this  is a construction issue.  He gave me his supervisors name and email address.  He was very nice, but this is what the last technician that came out a few weeks back told me as well and I’m just kind of confused. Should I email him or try to set up another appointment through you.  Not sure of the process at this point and do not want to drive everybody crazy at Xfinity😳

user_ukbtid Even if you are not using it personally, more than likely it does contain connections of other customers in your area. We would not be able to remove it since it is a part of the infrastructure for our services in the area, but we can set up a survey for $100.00 to see if it can be relocated, if you would like. Let me know.
