HELP - Change plan question
I'm an existing Xfinity Internet customer. Under Change Plan, I see separate 1-year and 5-year price options, but when I select the 5-year option for the 300 Mbps plan, the details say, "Price is subject to change."
Could you please confirm whether the 300 Mbps plan shown in my account actually includes a 5-year price guarantee? If not, why is it listed under the 5-year price option?
Also, I already have Xfinity Internet service and my router is installed and working. If I change my plan to 300 Mbps, will I be charged the $39.99 Professional Installation Fee or Self-Installation Plus Fee? Since I am an existing customer and do not need a new installation, I would like to know whether these fees can be waived.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
