Hbo max shows lag and skip

Poor picture quality when trying to enjoy a show is never something we want to see while we're watching it, especially if it's a show we like!  

Can you please tell us if it is just 'The Pitt' that is doing this when you watch it, or are other shows (or all shows) affected?  Also, it would be helpful if you can tell us on what type of equipment you are running the app.  With a bit more detail we can provide you with assistance to help troubleshoot this for you!
