Having Intermittent Internet for months with no ETA on a possible fix.
Hello, I am making a forum post as this service's site is an absolute atrocity to get around and an absolute pain to get an actual live agent to speak with.
Around December of 2024, I started having weird issues where the internet is unreliable or would shut down often from around 7pm - 9pm for about 5 or so minutes, I figured XFinity was fully aware of it and are in the process of fixing, considering many people in my area have been complaining about it for some time now. Fast forward to today, I am still having the same unreliable connection issue with what possibly seems no fix in sight, if this continues for another month or so without any kind of updates, I will report this to the FCC.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
