Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_de9ed0! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your email. Are you running into difficulty when trying to sign in after migrating your email address or did your all of your past emails not transfer over?

I cannot sign in to my Xfinity anymore.  I get a message that I now have a Yahoo account.  Which is true, I do now have a Yahoo email up and running but my Xfinity mail is not going into my Yahoo email.

Thank you for clarifying. So to confirm, you're able to log in through Yahoo and the email address is the same, but you're not receiving new emails.

Okay when I began the process and it asked for a Yahoo email used [Edited: "Personal Information"] @yahoo.com my address with Xfinity was [Edited: "Personal Information"] @comcast.net. Yes I can definitely log into yahoo and I had my wife send me an email to my new Yahoo email and I did receive it.  But all my emails that are going to Xfinity I am unable to answer.

Did you have a Yahoo email address before this migration? or did you create a Yahoo email address?  When you began the process were you asked to accept the Yahoo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

Your @comcast.net email address should have transferred over so you would go to Yahoo! Mail and log in with your comcast.net credentials that you should have set up.

So, when you go to https://mail.yahoo.com you're logging in with xxxxx@comcast.net and your credentials [where xxxxx is the first part of your email address]?

... Xfinity mail is not going into my Yahoo email.

When you log in to Yahoo, are you entering your complete email address ending in "@comcast.net" in the "Username, email, or mobile" space?

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean.  There is a space at the top where is has Yahoo mail with a large space and I put in my comcast email address and nothing happens.  I thought it was an automatic that all Xfinity emails would go to Yahoo.  Plus all my folders and old messages and contacts would be transferred to Yahoo.

The page that you started the migration on, did it tell you to click on a link?  Were you in webmail at the time?  Were you told your account would be closed if you didn't click on something before a certain date?
