Having a very hard time returning modem
I’m having a very hard time to return my modem. Every time I call customer service they tell me I can bring it to a UPS store I don’t have a UPS store around me. Every time I go to a drop off station or talk to a UPS drop off store they tell me I need a return label.
All I really need is a return box and a return label from Xfinity and I cannot get one because they keep telling me that I cannot I don’t know why they do this. This is bad customer service practice. Please just send me a return label and box so I can take care of this promptly. If they try to charge me for another month, I will not pay it because of this lack of customer service .
