Having a technician come sooner

I have just moved my service from adress to a different one. I am now suppose to wait a whole week before a technician can come. I would like for one to come as soon as possible. I work till 5pm everyday and they say I need to be there when the technician comes. They also only do 4pm -6pm so hoe am I suppose to make this work?
