Have two mobile lines
I have been inquiring for two weeks about receiving a refund for a phone I brought. I have not been able to return the device because I discovered my account has a error on it being that I have two mobile lines that are active and the wrong phone is still listed under one of my lines. Tickets have been submitted but instead of being resolved, the tickets are closed. 9 need help with this issue. Too much time as passed not getting any assistance. I have Xfinity now mobile
