Hanging up on me as well.

I keep trying to call Xfinity to see if there's a different plan I can be on because my bill keeps going up ridiculous amount however I call the phone number that is on the site and it says my call is very important to them and then it says goodbye and hangs up on me repeatedly I would like to shop around for different internet or see if you guys have something different I cannot afford the new prices you guys are automatically taking out

Also, were you aware that you are able to browse and switch service right online as well? It's super easy! Just sign in with your XFINITY ID and browse over to : https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder You can see what promotions you are eligible for, compare services and switch over when you find something that works for your needs. If you run into any questions with that feel free to ask or if you need additional assistance please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. It has happened 4 times now. I just went to the link you provided and no I do not feel like it is super easy I'm pretty sure I have already committed finish the term that I agreed to in the beginning I have Xfinity mobile with three lines and I have to add almost $90 just for home internet? Please have someone reach out to me

I am sorry to hear you feel that way about the site, but I can understand if direct support works best for you.
