Hanging up on me as well.
I keep trying to call Xfinity to see if there's a different plan I can be on because my bill keeps going up ridiculous amount however I call the phone number that is on the site and it says my call is very important to them and then it says goodbye and hangs up on me repeatedly I would like to shop around for different internet or see if you guys have something different I cannot afford the new prices you guys are automatically taking out

Just sign in with your XFINITY ID and browse over to : https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder You can see what promotions you are eligible for, compare services and switch over when you find something that works for your needs.
