Hanging lines blocking me in my driveway

I submitted a ticket but cannot find anywhere to check on the status. I have to pick up my kids from school in less than 2 hours. I cannot get through to an actual support agent for help. ticket request [Edited: "Personal Information"]

The email for our account is my husbands, he is at work and cannot access his email often, last he checked there was no update email. I changed the phone number on the ticket assuming we would get texts (really, emails?) but no... HELP. I need to leave to get my kids soon, but the hanging wire is blocking me from being able to move my car.

IS IT SAFE TO TOUCH AND MOVE THE CABLES????

user_1wciuj I'm sorry to hear about this line and appreciate you creating a post and ticket to bring it to our attention. From the ticket that was submitted, it is used to notify the local teams and schedule the work order, though I apologize we wouldn't have an exact timeframe on when they would arrive due to existing jobs and/or emergencies. We would advise to not touch the line if at all possible, and do apologize for the major inconvenience this has caused.
