Hacking/password prolem
My email recently got hacked. I changed my password (twice actually) but I am being asked to change it again. Also, my sign in screen appears in Spanish. Please help.

Hi there @user_hbafu0, thank you for taking steps to secure your account. If you've already changed your password but are still being prompted to update it again, there may be an additional security check occurring on the account. Are you able to successfully access your email after the password changes, or are you locked out completely?
Please visit our main website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview, scroll to the bottom-right where it says English | Español right above our social media handles, and select English if that is your language of choice. That should make our web pages available in the desired languages. Let me know if this helps!
