guy wire relocation

i just recently purchased a new property and there is a comcast guy wire that is blocking the driveway. How do i go about getting that relocated

Hi there and congratulations on your new property!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @user_qngpht!  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can.  Are you currently a Xfinity Subscriber?  We can certainly work to have things taken care of for you and have that line relocated.  Can you specify if the line is on the ground or just low hanging?

We do have multiple accounts with you guys. This wire is currently blocking the driveway of our new property.
