Guarantee for 2 years? What a joke! And if you call- it goes up!!!
I entered into a 2 year agreement with Comcast- one of which “guarantees” my service of internet and flex for $50.26 a month FOR TWO YEARS.
What a joke. Just like their customer service. A bad bad bad joke. Everytime I call its a promise of 4-6 hours on a useless call to correct my bill - just to be CHARGED MORE! I cannot seem to get a refund or resolve this issue without something being changed to cost me MORE
Im so sick of you Comcast that I’m ready to sue and go with ANYONE ELSE BESIDES COMCAST! I’ve had this issue starting with my move and “transferring “ my service from my old address to the new one. Thats when I was told I needed to get another contract that I could not transfer to another address- something is fishy bc I NEVER had to get a new account number and now it’s happening EVERY TIME I CALL AND MY BILL GOES UP!!! Every. Single. Time. My equipment doesn’t work well and I can’t use the cameras I ended up having to pay the entirety of bc they csr cancelled the “guarantee “ I had and I got billed THE ENTIRE AMOUNT ON TOP OF A HIGHER AMOUNT AND I couldn’t even get a person to help me and got hung up on AFTER 6 hours ON THE PHONE! This has happened REPEATEDLY!!!! And the store keeps telling me that they can’t help me I HAVE to call. Total [Edited: "Language"].
Obviously your customer service reps have to make a quota OR they are commission based. Either way- it’s fraudulent and it’s theft. And its bad business. I CANNOT believe you haven’t been sued yet. But it’s coming comcast.
