Tired of the monthly billing errors and cs not doing anything bit transferring me and being on the phone with comcast for HOURS UPON HOURS- bc the stupid app is worse than useless and gets worse each time they “upgrade” Customer service is wirse than the app bc you’re left on terminal hold with another useless person who obviously doesn’t give a single shit and hates people.
