Ground damage from digging

Comcast had to dig on my property.  I saw the orange spray lines on my property before they dig. I came home to a raised mound of grass in the area they dug. I understand they had to dig to maintain everything but to replace the mound of grass they had to dig up, they could have used more intelligence to at least not bury their own flag under the raised mound of grass. Now when the guys mow, the mound will get eaten up and get worse.
