Green boxes in the yard
I live in an HOA community and there are several green boxes in the neighborhood. I noticed one box is very damaged (cracks in the top, lopsided). Others look like they have been hit with a plow as they are leaning heavily to one side. How can I get someone from Comcast to replace the damaged box and can I just straighten out the leaning boxes myself?
