Hello user_u61jug thank you for taking the time to reach us with these questions about equipment placement, and moving this to ensure your family's safety and to give space for new home projects.  There may be a possibility to move the pedestal box, but this will be dependent on what homes this intersects with, may incur some personal cost, and will require time to complete.

Hello, I'm in the same sort of situation. I have a green box in my front yard along with another box which is sunk in the ground right next to it. I'm looking to add in a driveway to be able to park my commercial truck at my home. With the location of these boxes it would make it near impossible to get in and out of my driveway without causing damage to one or both. Can you put me in touch with the right person to try and come up with a solution? Thanks

Hey @user_onqd1b, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the cable vaults and/or pedestal. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

There are many laws, rules, and regulations on placement and easement rights. We can most certainly submit a request to see if things can be moved around. If they can, we can provide a quote for the cost of the changes and placement movement.
