Great Customer Service

I was on a chat with Kamini (your xfinity agent), after a lengthy chat when I clicked end chat, the survey did not populate. I wanted to leave a comment here in hopes that their hard work and time was much appreciated. Kamini was very kind, patient and tried to fix my issue. Greatly appreciated, Kamini!
