Got a Survey Request Email from Xfinity Even Though I Never Called Them
This is a weird issue, but I got an email today (7/28/2021) from Xfinity asking me for feedback regarding a call with them on July 22, 2021. The problem is I did not call them on July 22 and no one else with access to my account did, as far as I'm aware. I'm just wondering if someone could assist me with finding out what that phone call was about in case they were trying to scam an Xfinity service representative into giving them information.
