Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address.

I'm trying to move and keep getting the following message when putting in my new address,

"Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address." The HOA of the building does not include interent.

Hi there, @user_thhxib! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! This message means that you would need to choose an internet service level and rate as the HOA does not provide it for free or on discount. If you attempt to pick a rate, does it let you move forward?

I get no option to move forward after reaching the screen with the message, "Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address." 

I know the HOA provides cable, but no internet is included.

Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete, current street address to get the ball rolling on authentication.
