user_umezxd Hi there! Have you tried changing outlets? I recommend our super handy Xfinity app for basic trouble shooting steps and support, if this does not help please let me know. I am happy to take a look on my end.

Thanks for replying and yes I changed outlets in thinking I'm just going to go get a replacement in the morning
