Give prior notice of planned outages

Xfinity needs to provide prior notification of upcoming Internet outages when they interrupt internet service to “enhance your Internet performance.” Xfinity’s poor customer service habit of not providing prior notice to its customers when an internet service outage will take place is extremely disruptive to the work from home workday.
Xfinity is very able to notify when a bill is due, can that same type of communication habit be implemented to let their customer know ahead of time when internet service will be interrupted?!

I’ve grown wearisome of the unreliability of Xfinity and completely dissatisfied with its non-existent customer service, I’ll be searching for a change of ISP.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
