Give me my GMFB!

Very disappointed in the loss of the NFL Network and NFL Redzone. Please bring the aggregious error to a swift resolution before training camp or I may have to change my TV provider. Love my Good Morning Football!

Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be inconvenient. Thank you for understanding. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

Do I get a rate cut, if you aren't paying?

Why would NFL fans stay with Xfinity if you can’t manage to offer GMFB and Red Zone. It’s such poor customer care.

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. On Thursday, April 30 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), Comcast’s agreement to carry NFL Network and NFL RedZone expired. As a result, this programming is no longer available with Xfinity or Comcast Business, including any related programming on Xfinity Stream and On Demand.

Comcast pays programmers to bring customers the entertainment, information, and sports they want. Comcast works to negotiate fair terms to ensure the greatest value for customers given all the ways content can be accessed today. So far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers.
