Gigabit X10 serviceability

I'd like to get a ticket going to see if my area is serviceable. Can anyone tell me how I can do that?

Thank you

Hi there! We’d be happy to help get a Gigabit X10 serviceability request started. Availability is determined individually for each address and requires review by our Gigabit X10 team.

Because we’ll need your full name, service address, phone number, and email address to submit the ticket, please send our team a direct message with that information. Once submitted, the team will review the location and determine whether the address is eligible and whether any construction would be required.

You can also review the equipment and system requirements here:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/requirements-to-run-xfinity-internet-speeds-over-1-gbps

How to send us a direct message:

- Click “Sign In” if necessary.
- Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
- Click the “Start new conversation” icon, which looks like a pencil and paper.
- In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
- An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
- Press Enter to send it.

Talk to you there!
