gigabit pro

I would like to have a survey run on my house to determine my gigabit pro eligibility. I have a comcast node literally in front of my house so it should be doable...who can help me get in contact with the right person to get started?

@XfinityJennifer​ Like others in this thread, I'm interested in finding out about the Gigabit Pro fiber service. I do not see a peer-to-peer chat, or direct messaging icon anywhere on any of the forum pages, and the link in the above goes to a 404.

Is there a clear way for someone to find out if they can order this service?

Availability for this particular service does vary upon location, and we'd need to check specifically to your location in order to determine eligibility. Ultimately in order to submit the request or inquiry for a specific address, we would need to have you join us in a private message so that we can gather the necessary specific information and details.

The peer to peer or direct message icon typically looks similar to a conversation bubble that one may see in a comic book!
