Gigabit Pro Service Availability

I am aware of the Gigabit x10 (Gigabit Pro) residential service and would like to inquire about how to order/start the process at my home. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

Hey @user_f6sa5t, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums and your interest in our Gigabit Pro service. I can definitely help get the request to see if we can get you set up with it. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
