Gigabit PRO Availability

Calling sales is useless, how do I get ahold of someone for a quote / availability check for Gigabit Pro (2Gbps symmetrical).

Looking to upgrade to Gigabit Pro. Had a former sales rep recommend standard Gig service and was told there was nothing greater than 35mbs up. After emailing them back with info regarding Gigabit pro, I have promptly been ghosted.

Another month has passed and still not contact from 4 different private messages to support staff on the forums and several phone calls to open tickets.

@ComcastMartin I am unable to send a message to you using the instructions of clicking on your link and sending message (send message isn't an option when I get to your profile).  Can you assist in getting me info on whether I qualify for Pro or not?  Thanks in advance....

@beldin. Do you see on the right hand corner of the screen a chat icon? It would be the top right hand corner, you should be able to message us that way as well. The only way we can check on if you qualify is to get your information in a private message that way we can verify with that specific address.
