Gigabit Pro Availability in 33431 and 33487

Hi, I'm trying to track down a contact to see if GigabitPro service is available at my current residence and a new residence  i'll be moving to in the next couple months. 

Is there a phone number or email address i can reach get both addressed verified?

I've opened two tickets with the main 800 Xfinity phone line and still no response from anyone. Even the main GigaBit Pro webpage only has the Xfinity main line listed and upon calling no one knows what you're talking about.

it's been two weeks since this post and about 4 weeks since I originally opened up tickets with the main Xfinity support line and zero feedback. Very dissappointing.
