Getting my device unlocked
I am trying to get my phone unlocked from past 3 to 4 days. Everytime I chat with agents they give answers in similar patterns in which they trained to. I have already ported my numbers to different carrier. The ticket has been raised, and I am getting answer that it will be resolved in 24 hrs. But nothing has happened. Looks like they are doing it purposely.

Hello and thank you for joining the Forums community, user_5vln0n. If you need to unlock your Xfinity Mobile phone, so it can be used with another wireless carrier, no problem. In most cases, your phone will be unlocked automatically within up to 48 hours of being paid off.
Here are the other unlock requirements to be aware of:
If you believe you’ve met these requirements, but your phone is still locked, please chat with Xfinity Assistant. Please keep in mind we don’t unlock phones for international travel unless the requirements above are met. Please note only the account holder, Primary user, or a Manager on a phone’s original Xfinity Mobile account can request to have it unlocked.
After you’ve met all requirements to unlock your phone, please visit Apple support for steps to finish unlocking for iPhones.
Note: Apple devices do not require an unlock code. They unlock through updates made when connected to WiFi or cellular data.
After you’ve met all requirements to unlock your phone for Android devices, restart your device; no additional steps are needed to complete the process. I hope this info helps!

I’m still dealing with the same issue says they have blocked my account I do get some of my email but not all and I can’t send emails out.
well it needs updated again. They need to unblock my account.
