getting lines put underground

I have been trying for over a month to get Xfinity to bury my line. You have repeatedly scheduled appointments and then failed to show up—no call, no notice, no explanation.

I have watched two technicians stop, look at the line, and leave. When I attempted to speak to one, he ignored me, got back in his truck, and drove away.

I have called repeatedly and been told this has been “escalated.” Apparently, that word means absolutely nothing at Xfinity, because nothing gets done.

This is now a formal complaint. I am documenting the missed appointments, technician visits, and repeated failures to resolve this issue.

I want the line buried and I want a firm completion date. If Xfinity continues to ignore this, my next complaint will be outside your company through the appropriate regulatory and consumer-protection channels.

Enough excuses. Fix it.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
