Hi @user_gb9fh2, there are a few prerequisites that must be met to unlock a Xfinity mobile device. As listed in the How do I unlock my Xfinity Mobile phone? Article, you can find those prerequisites below. 

  • Your phone must be activated for at least 60 days.
  • The phone must be paid in full.
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
  • Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
