Get old phone number back

Hello, who can I speak to about getting an old phone number of ours back? records show it is disconnected and comcast currently has it.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out @user_c91292! Do you currently have Xfinity services and want to get an unused number back or do you have services with another carrier and want to port an old unused number there?

@XfinityAntoine​ Hello there, thank you for your response.

I have a personal account with xfinity but this is for my employer, who is also with xfinity and uses Xfinity landline services with a pbx. One of our old phone numbers was taken from us and we would like to have it back.
