Get call recording

Hello on July 11, 2025 I was told a different plan from what I am now currently receiving. I have tried going to a store and escalating with customer service and have not been able to resolve. I’d like to get a call recording as the agent did not input notes. I’m also being told I have to activate mobile which I do not want to do until this is resolved. I’m trying to get a call recording to prove the conversation and see if Xfinity will honor it.

Yes I was asked for credit card information and sent links. I told him links weren’t what was discussed and he said not to worry about it he would put in the notes.
