Get a new XR-11 Remote to replace the XR-15

We recently signed up for new service using the X1 and were given three XR-15 remotes.  We have a family member that finds the XR-15 nearly impossible to use because of  hand and finger strength  needed to operate the remote.    We would like to get XR-11 replacement remotes, because other uses found this to be a good remote to solve this issue that will keep all the features with X1.  How can I get XR-11 replacement remotes ?   Thanks

You should be able to pick up a XR-11 "free at your local Service Center.  You can keep the XR-15 remote.

Otherwise; a Comcast employee here can handle shipping one a a small expense.

To send the requested information:

I just hooked up Xfinity and got the XR-15 remote. I also have the XR-11 remote.  I like the older remote better but I do not know how to pair it to my TV and surround sound system.  Does anyone know how I can pair the XR-11 remote?
