Get 2 tickets to the NASCAR All-Star Race, on us

I claimed the two free Nascar ticket offer today but the redemption code is blank. It shows at the bottom of my offers with other claimed rewards but everytime I click on it with any device or in different browsers the redemption code field is always blank.

Hey @damue. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Congratulations on getting the NASCAR All-Star racing tickets. While we do not have access or the ability to give the code, but we can certainly help you perform some troubleshooting steps.

When you select the "copy" button, are you able to get the complete code copies to your clipboard for pasting? 

Have you attempted to clear cache/cookies on restart the browser?

Would you be able to attempt to access using a different browser/device as well as trying to go into InPrivate or Incognito mode? You can find steps on how to do so by visiting our 'Open private or incognito windows in your web browser' support page. 

Please give these and try and let us know how it works out.

@XfinityDemitrius​ When I click the "Copy Code" button it says "Copied!" but since the field is blank my clipboard is empty when I try pasting. I have cleared cache/cookies, restarted my browser along with using other computers and browsers. I tried incognito mode in Chrome as well. Nothing makes a difference

. The code is always empty. Look at the attached screenshot.

Thanks for clarifying I recommend also resetting your default Internet settings. By going to settings then clicking on reset settings, Then click on restore settings to their original defaults,

I reset my default Internet settings and it didn't change anything. I see on the forum that other people are having the exact same issue with the Nascar ticket giveaway code being blank. This obviously isn't on my end. It's a problem with Xfinity.
