Gateway in store pickup
I ordered a new modem online 4 days ago and received the confirmation for it but i haven’t received an other notification on when it will be ready to pick up. How long will it take before it’s ready to pickup?

If the order was submitted, and you received confirmation, you should be able to pick that equipment up same day. If you have waited more than 2 days, I would suggest heading in your Xfinity Store to have that equipment issued to you.

No worries @user_af066d! I have seen people submit orders and pick up their equipment in the same day. You are perfectly good to go. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to make sure this is taken care of. 😉
