Gateway Admin tool
I am attempting to get into my routers advanced settings to change the NAT type from strict to open however I am unable to login to my gateway admin tool. My password is correct and I’m using the prompted ‘admin’ username and it keeps saying incorrect username or password.

Hey @Prjoshy, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. To first gain initial access to the Admin GUI, you would need to enable access via the Xfinity App. You can learn the steps needed to do this by visiting our 'Allow Xfinity WiFi Gateway Admin Tool online access using the Xfinity app' support page.
From there, you may be asked to make a new password to access the Admin GUI or the password will be printed on the bottom of the device.
