FYI your equipment return form has been broken for months...

I got a replacement router/modem months ago... I tried to go through the online form to get a return shipment label and it was broken. I have periodically tried again and again and every time the form shows up broken on the last step. See attached screenshot. 

I tried to reach out to support chat and they told me I'd have to bring it to a UPS store or a Comcast office. But myself... MUCH LIKE MOST ADULT HUMANS ON THE PLANET... have to work all during the week and have MANY other obligations that are way more important to me than making sure you get your equipment back. I also don't understand why I should be the one needing to run around when it's your equipment, why don't you send someone you pay from your payroll to go to my house and pick it up? OR How about you just give me a return shipping address and I'll pay for the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] shipping myself?

I am sorry to hear that you are getting that error when trying to get a return label for the modem, but you have come to the right team that can assist you with that. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
