Frustrated! Cannot get my free Peacock Premium reward.

Well, like many others, I'm a Diamond rewards member with the free Peacock Premium reward who CANNOT get it! I had it via the 1 GB internet but on January 20th I changed my plan to the 500 MBS internet along with other changes. My other plan changes moved me up to a Diamond rewards member. Since then I have tried repeatedly to get Peacock back with NO success. I contacted support multiple times in the past week and received WORTHLESS support every time. One person escalated my issue and generated a ticket on it. One day later I get a response to the ticket telling me how to activate my reward. I KNOW HOW TO DO THAT! I tried EVERY method I could find to locate and activate it but nothing helped. I CAN'T ACTIVATE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THERE! It seems no one can understand that. I was a top level Senior Computer Systems Administrator in a nationwide newspaper data center for 20 years and I've dealt with countless support people but Xfinity support I believe hands down is the worst! I've had other Xfinity support failures in the past too...  Yeah, you got it, I'm extremely frustrated. Hence this rant....

I'd like to help find a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
